Two weeks after placing sixth in the Ibero-American Championships in Brazil, University at Albany high jumper Alexander Bowen once again jumped for Panama's National Team, placing seventh at the 2014 Pan American Festival in Mexico over the weekend. Bowen cleared a height of 6'-10.75".
