In his third official competition as a member of Panama's National Team, University at Albany rising senior Alexander Bowen placed sixth in a field of eight in the men's high jump at the 2014 Ibero-American Championships. Bowen, who is Panama's national record holder in the event, cleared a height of 7'-0.5" on Sunday. The mark is one half inch below his national record.
